Recipe Cheddar Cheese Biscuits


Recipe Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 25 minutes | Number of Servings: 50


Ingredients:
  • 300g wheat flour
  • 100g corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • 250g butter
  • 130g gula icing
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese

Ingredients for decoration:
  • 1 egg +1 tablespoon of water, mix well
  • grated cheddar cheese to taste

How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven at 150 ° C.
  2. Sift wheat flour, corn flour and bicarbonate soda together and set aside.
  3. Beat sugar and butter until white and fluffy.
  4. Add in small quantities of eggs and mix well.
  5. Add grated cheddar cheese with sieve. Spin the dough thoroughly.
  6. Relax the dough for 15 minutes. Can do dough and apply to your favourite mold. Sweep with egg mixture and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese as an ornament.
Tips:
  • The dough should be washed immediately so that dry ingredients absorb moisture, preferably formed and produce a better texture for biscuits.
