Recipe Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 300g wheat
flour
- 100g corn
flour
- 1/2
teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- 250g
butter
- 130g gula
icing
- 1 egg,
room temperature
- 100g
grated cheddar cheese
Ingredients for decoration:
- 1 egg +1 tablespoon of water, mix well
- grated
cheddar cheese to taste
How to make it:
- Preheat
oven at 150 ° C.
- Sift wheat
flour, corn flour and bicarbonate soda together and set aside.
- Beat sugar
and butter until white and fluffy.
- Add in
small quantities of eggs and mix well.
- Add grated
cheddar cheese with sieve. Spin the dough thoroughly.
- Relax the
dough for 15 minutes. Can do dough and apply to your favourite
mold. Sweep with egg mixture and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
as an ornament.
Tips:
- The dough
