Recipes ‘Agar-agar Kering’
Ingredients:

60gm
of gelatine
·
1300
ml of water
·
150gm
of rock sugar - tapped soft
·
1200gm
of sugar
·
Food
colouring (red, orange, purple and yellow)
How to make it:
1.
Firstly
wash the gelatine and soak for a while until soft. Filter and drain.
2. Put
the water in a saucepan and put in the ‘agar’. Cook until the ‘agar’
is crushed and mixed. Make sure the gelatine is completely
destroyed.
3.
Add
sugar little by little. Stir well. Cook until crushed stone
sugar.
4.
Then,
pick up and divide into parts by colour of choice.
5. Cool
and let it hard to cut into pieces your choice. You can use the mold to
get an interesting shape.
6. Put
in the warm place so it is completely dry and sugary. Back and forth
always so that it is dry evenly.
Note:
You can first tap the rock sugar for it to be small chunks so that
it quickly breaks down in a new pot.
